Yes. iGaming Ontario lists Betway (betway.ca/ontario) as a regulated site for casino and sports betting. Every operator on that list is registered by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and operates under an agreement with iGO.
Betway's Ontario business runs through Cadway Limited, which appears on iGaming Ontario's operator list. The app itself is published by Digital Outsource International Limited, part of the Betway Group.

For illustration: a C$20 bet on the Canucks at 2.40 (+140) returns $48. A $20 bet on a heavier favourite at 1.50 (-200) returns $30. Real prices change constantly.
