What counts as the first bet

Only the first real-money bet counts, it must be paid for from deposited funds, and it has to settle within five days of the first deposit. Using the tokens

A free bet icon appears only beside selections that are eligible for it, and the whole token must go on one ticket. kwiff is built around a single, genuinely different idea.
