Heart Bingo Review: Play £10, Get £50 on Bingo and 500 Free Tickets

Heart Bingo promo code

There is no Heart Bingo promo code to enter. The Heart Bingo welcome bonus is an opt-in offer: tick to accept it when you join, deposit, then play £10 in any bingo room within seven days, and 500 free 10p bingo tickets are added to your account.

The Heart Bingo sign-up offer is open to new customers aged 18 and over in the UK. Because the joining offer pays tickets rather than bonus funds, whatever they win comes to you as cash, with no wagering to clear.

How to claim the Heart Bingo joining offer

1. Open Heart Bingo through the Claim offer button on this page.
2. Choose Join, complete the registration form and opt in to the welcome offer.
3. Make a first deposit of £10 or more.
4. Within seven days of registering, play £10 in any bingo room; Video Bingo does not count.
5. Use your 500 free 10p tickets in games priced up to 10p before they expire after seven days.

Heart Bingo welcome offer: what £50 on bingo really means

Heart’s headline is “Play £10, get £50 on bingo”. In practice that £50 is 500 free tickets, each valued at 10p, which you can use in bingo games where tickets cost up to 10p. You qualify by opting in, depositing and playing £10 in any bingo room within seven days of signing up, and the rewards then have to be used within seven days.

The big advantage is what happens next. Anything the free tickets win is paid as cash rather than bonus funds, so there is no wagering to work through. Heart’s terms also list a slots alternative: 100 free spins at 10p on Make Me a Millionaire after playing £10 on slots, with spin winnings likewise paid as cash. Compare both with rival deals in our best UK bingo sites guide.

1. Join Heart Bingo through our link and opt in to the offer.
2. Deposit £10 or more.
3. Play £10 in any bingo room within seven days of registering.
4. Use your 500 x 10p tickets within seven days; winnings are paid as cash.

Heart Bingo rooms and ticket prices

Heart Bingo relaunched in 2021 on a bingo platform built by Pragmatic Play, which is why the lobby looks and plays differently from the Playtech rooms found at many older sites. The games cover 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball and 50-ball formats, so there is a traditional full-house game, a faster pattern game and quick-fire rooms for short sessions.

Ticket prices are set room by room and shown before you buy. For the welcome offer, the number that matters is 10p: your free tickets are valid in games where tickets cost up to that amount, so the offer suits the everyday rooms rather than premium games.

Pragmatic Play features: Bingo Blast, Drop Pots and the Reels Room

The 2021 relaunch brought Pragmatic Play’s signature bingo features to Heart. Bingo Blast, Drop Pots jackpots and the Reels Room, which brings slot-style reels into the bingo lobby, all arrived with it, and the Reels Room launched first as an exclusive for Heart Bingo. Together they set Heart apart from the many sites still running older bingo software.

Choosing a room for your free tickets

Because the welcome tickets are 10p each, a room with 10p tickets uses them one for one. Busy evening games carry bigger prizes but more players; a quieter daytime room gives each ticket a better chance of winning a smaller prize. Neither is right or wrong, but it is worth deciding which you prefer before the seven-day clock runs down.

Free bingo and community features at Heart Bingo

Heart’s main free bingo is the welcome offer itself: 500 tickets that cost nothing beyond the qualifying £10, with cash winnings. Beyond that, the site runs a daily free-to-play game for registered players, which is worth checking each day you log in.

Existing customers will also find a rotating set of promotions in the account. Review sites mention regular features such as a Game of the Week and prize wheels, but the details change, so read each promotion’s terms before you opt in, and treat any free prize as a bonus rather than a reason to play.

Heart’s link to the radio station gives the brand a familiar voice and personality, and singer Olly Murs was named brand ambassador when it relaunched.

If cash winnings and low stakes are what you are after, Heart is not the only option: Dotty Bingo also turns £10 into £50 of bingo, though with a shorter window and wagering on its bonus. Heart’s advantage is that nothing won from the tickets needs to be played through again.

Heart Bingo welcome bonus terms explained: a worked example

You join, opt in and deposit £10, then play that £10 in a bingo room within seven days. Heart credits 500 free tickets valued at 10p each, which is where the £50 figure comes from. You now have seven days to use them in games with tickets priced up to 10p.

Suppose your tickets win a one-line prize of £3 and a full house of £12 over the week. That £15 is paid straight into your cash balance, with no wagering attached, so you can withdraw it or keep playing as you choose. Compare that with a typical bingo bonus at 4x to 6x wagering, where the same £15 would have to be played through several times before it could be withdrawn.

There are limits to bear in mind. The tickets have no cash value of their own, so the £50 is never £50 in your account. Video Bingo is excluded. Heart caps the real cash benefit from bonuses at £10,000 a day, which will not trouble most players. And with seven days to use 500 tickets, that is around 70 tickets a day; if you would not normally play that much, it is better to let some expire than to stretch your time on the site.

Wagering-free winnings sit comfortably within the rules introduced in January 2026, which cap UK bonus wagering at 10x. Rank’s Mecca Bingo is the closest rival for a no-nonsense welcome from a big name.

Heart Bingo slots and Slingo

Heart Bingo’s App Store listing calls it Heart Bingo: Casino & Slots, and the slots lobby is a big part of the site. Independent reviewers count well over 2,000 games, with a Slingo category of more than 50 titles and a run of progressive jackpot networks. Heart-branded titles such as Make Me a Millionaire sit alongside familiar names such as Double Bubble.

Slingo, which combines a slot reel with a bingo grid, is a natural fit for a bingo site and a good halfway house for players who enjoy both. Reviewers also report a live casino section with tables from the major studios.

Online slots in Britain are limited to £5 a spin, or £2 a spin for players aged 18 to 24, and the limits apply to Heart as to every UK-licensed site. For a wider choice, see our best UK online casinos.

How to open a Heart Bingo account

Signing up takes a few minutes on the website or in the app. You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. Choose Join, enter your email address and a password, then your name, date of birth, address and mobile number. This is also the point to opt in to the welcome offer, because Heart’s free tickets are not added unless you do.

Like every UK-licensed operator, Heart has to confirm your age and identity, and it may ask for a photo ID or proof of address before your first withdrawal. Sending them early means a win from your free tickets will not be held up.

Before you make the qualifying deposit, set a deposit limit in the account’s safer-gambling settings. The welcome offer needs only £10, and a limit close to that figure keeps the first week of play in proportion.

Heart Bingo app and payments

The Heart Bingo app is one of the best-rated bingo apps on the UK App Store, holding 4.8 stars from more than 11,000 ratings, and it is published by BV Gaming Limited, the licensed operator. There is an Android version too. Rooms, slots, Slingo and your account all sit in one place, so you can move from a bingo game to the cashier without switching to the browser. Our best betting apps guide ranks it against the wider market.

You need to deposit £10 to claim the welcome offer. Heart accepts debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer; PayPal is not listed by reviewers. Withdrawals are usually completed within three days, though debit card payouts can take up to five working days. Support runs around the clock by live chat and email.

Is Heart Bingo safe and legit?

Heart Bingo is a trading name of BV Gaming Limited, a Gibraltar company that is part of the BetVictor group, licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under account 39576. The licence includes remote bingo, casino and betting activities, and heartbingo.co.uk is listed on the Commission’s register. BV Gaming’s licence also covers BetVictor itself, along with Betano, Parimatch, talkSPORT BET and Smooth Spins.

The Commission’s register records no regulatory action against BV Gaming Limited. The brand was previously run by Gamesys before BetVictor and Global, the media group that owns Heart, relaunched it in 2021.

Heart takes part in GAMSTOP, the national self-exclusion scheme, and offers the standard UK safer-gambling tools. Set a deposit limit before you claim the welcome offer, and remember that the seven-day expiry on the tickets is a deadline for the offer, not a target for your play.

Heart Bingo pros and cons

Heart Bingo: our verdict

Heart Bingo takes the name of the radio station and puts a capable modern bingo site behind it. Since BetVictor relaunched the brand with Global in 2021, it has run on Pragmatic Play’s bingo platform, the app has built a 4.8-star rating from more than 11,000 reviews, and the welcome offer is one of the easiest to understand in UK bingo: play £10 and get 500 free 10p tickets, with whatever they win paid as cash.

The site suits a player who mostly sticks to everyday 5p and 10p rooms and plays on a phone. For that player, 500 free tickets over a week is a generous start, and the cash-winnings rule means there are no strings to untangle afterwards. Players who prefer premium rooms with bigger tickets will get less from the offer, because the free tickets cannot be used there.

It earns an eight. The lack of wagering on ticket winnings is the big point in its favour, and the operator has a clean record on the Gambling Commission’s register. Against that, the £50 headline is a ticket value rather than £50 of cash, the tickets only work in games up to 10p and must be used within seven days, and Heart publishes less detail about its rooms and payments than the best bingo sites. A strong all-rounder, especially on a phone.
