★ Recent form analyst notes

• Pos PU 18 Sep Downpatrick (IRE)

Sat close to the front pack early - third with four to jump - dropped away after three out - faded from contention - eased down and pulled up before the final fence

• Pos 1 16 Aug Tramore (IRE)

Settled behind the pace early - untidy at the 6th - up into 2nd by halfway - moved through to hit the front before 2 out - driven clear approaching the last and stayed on well to the line

• Pos 2 26 Oct Wexford

Shared front spot early - sat 4th at halfway - into 2nd and driven on early in the straight - went in front a furlong out but drifted left under pressure - caught close home to finish second by a short head

• Pos 3 21 Sep Listowel

Held up towards the back - still down in 8th at halfway - moved through the field with 5f left - up to 5th approaching the 3f marker - into 3rd and holding that spot a furlong out - finished the race well without threatening the front two
