BoyleSports sign up offer: how to qualify and what the free bets are worth

BoyleSports runs a bet-and-get welcome offer. According to its help centre, you qualify by depositing at least €10 with a qualifying payment method and placing a first bet with a unit stake of €10 or more at odds of evens (1/1) or bigger within 30 days of registering. The free bets follow once that bet settles.
The value of the free bets changes from time to time, so read the offer page on boylesports.com before you register. The rules on using them are fixed: stakes are not returned, they must go on selections at evens or bigger, and they expire within seven days of landing in your account.

BoyleSports free bet terms explained
BoyleSports' general free bet terms are short, and three of them matter most. Free bets generate winnings only, so a €10 free bet at 3/1 returns €30, not €40. They must be placed at evens or bigger. And they expire within seven days of receipt, so a free bet that lands on a Monday will not survive to the following weekend's racing.
The evens minimum shapes how you use them. A free bet on a 4/1 chance in an Irish handicap returns €40 from a €10 token if it wins; the same token on an evens favourite returns €10. Because the stake never comes back, free bets work harder on bigger prices.
Free bets also sit outside the cash-back specials and Best Odds Guaranteed. If BoyleSports suspects abuse of a promotion, its decision is final and both the free bets and any winnings can be voided.
BoyleSports horse racing: Irish Grand National sponsor with daily extras
BoyleSports has put its name on the Irish Grand National at Fairyhouse every Easter Monday since 2014, and on the Champion Chase at the Punchestown Festival since 2010. Its online racing offer reflects that heritage: a wide spread of concessions, most of them available to Irish customers every day of the week.
Its GRAI licence covers pool betting as well as fixed odds, limited to horse racing in the UK and Ireland, so Tote-style bets sit beside the usual win and each-way markets. Our guide to Irish horse racing betting sites compares these extras across the market.
Best Odds Guaranteed
BOG applies to outright bets on UK and Irish races placed after 08:00 on race day, online and by phone. The maximum bonus is €50,000 per customer per day online, €1,000 in shops. Ante-post, Tote, place-only and match bets are excluded, as are free bets.
Extra place races every day
Each day BoyleSports picks races in which it pays extra places at 1/5 the odds for UK and Irish customers: four places with 12 or more runners, five with 16 or more and six with 20 or more. On a big Galway or Punchestown handicap, that sixth place can turn a losing each-way bet into a winning one.
Pick Your Place
On UK and Irish races, online each-way singles can be struck on a Pick Your Place market, in which you choose a place market at a fixed price. Fields of six to nine runners offer one place market, ten to 13 offer two and 14 or more offer three.
Fairyhouse, Punchestown and the big Irish meetings
The Irish Grand National at Fairyhouse on Easter Monday is BoyleSports' showpiece, and the Punchestown Festival, where it backs the Champion Chase, follows a few weeks later. Big-field handicaps at both meetings are where the daily extra places and Pick Your Place earn their keep, and the same applies at the Galway Races in summer and the Leopardstown Christmas Festival. Concessions are set race by race, so check the banner on each racecard on the day rather than assuming a meeting is covered.
Money back and non-runner cover
Money Back if 2nd to the SP favourite runs at selected meetings, online and in shops, with a maximum refund of €10, and a Cheltenham version pays a free bet of up to €10 in races of five or more runners. Fair Play refunds win and each-way singles as a free bet if your horse fails to start, up to €100 on win bets and €50 on each-way bets. Lucky Bonuses double the odds on a Lucky 15, 31 or 63 if only one selection wins.
BoyleSports sports betting: football, greyhounds and BetBuilder
Away from racing, BoyleSports offers the full sportsbook expected of a major Irish bookmaker, with in-play betting, live scores, BetBuilder for combining selections, early payouts on selected sports and combined odds on multiples. The company also sponsors the Irish Greyhound Derby, and greyhound racing sits alongside the horses in the Lucky Bonuses and Come & Collect promotions.
Come & Collect gives a free bet on selected horse and greyhound races if your selection finishes second to the SP favourite, the sort of daily small concession that keeps regular punters loyal.
BoyleSports app, deposits and withdrawals in Ireland
The BoyleSports Sports Betting App holds 4.4 stars from around 900 ratings on the Irish App Store. Recent versions added a Smart Race Card, Pro View form analysis and the Pick Your Place market, and live events can be watched inside the app, mainly football and racing.
Payments in the app support Apple Pay, and Revolut Pay has been added, a useful option for the many Irish punters who bank with Revolut. Credit cards cannot be used for gambling in Ireland. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method where possible, with timings shown in the cashier, and a first withdrawal may prompt an identity check if verification is not already complete. Customers in the Republic can call BoyleSports on 1800 22 00 66.
Is BoyleSports licensed in Ireland?
Yes. Boylesports (Gibraltar) Limited, trading as BoyleSports, holds Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland remote betting licence GRAI-0852-RB-26-0001. It was issued on 1 July 2026, the first day of the new regime, and expires on 30 June 2029. The licence authorises pool betting on UK and Irish horse racing as well as fixed-odds bookmaking.
Before that date BoyleSports, like every Irish online bookmaker, traded under a remote bookmaker's licence from the Revenue Commissioners. The GRAI regime replaced those licences for online operators on 1 July 2026, and Revenue's role is now limited to collecting betting duty, charged at 2% of stakes on remote bets.
The company has grown from a single shop in Markethill, Co Armagh, in 1982 to more than 380 betting shops across Ireland and the UK, with its headquarters in Dundalk. Its shops will move to GRAI in-person licences under the separate retail timetable.
GRAI licensees must verify age, pay out winnings, refuse credit cards and close accounts on request. Set deposit limits in your account, and for confidential help call the Gambling Care helpline on 1800 936 725 or visit gamblingcare.ie.

Our verdict on BoyleSports
For an each-way punter who bets most days, BoyleSports may offer more value than any other book in this list. Daily extra places, Pick Your Place and Fair Play are small edges that add up across a season, and the Irish Grand National sponsorship is more than a badge.
The app is where it falls short of the top two, and the welcome offer amount needs checking on the day. Compare it with our bet365 Ireland review and our Paddy Power review before deciding where to open an account.
